Our Breads

We're doing what we can with local, organic, and conventional ingredients. Our flours are not bleached or bromated. We plan to continue to utilize our farm, as well as other local farmers, to benefit the bread and all who enjoy our loaves. We wouldn't be doing all this if we weren't serious about making the best breads possible. We spend countless, crazy hours developing our breads and we hope the loaves compliment your meals well.

Preservation and Storage

We are working to improve the quality and shelf life of our breads every single time we bake and we never use any chemicals to assist us in that preservation process. If you buy our breads, choosing the right storage method that works for you is important, of course we work really hard to make tasty breads with a shelf life of 2-3 days hoping they get consumed within that time frame, but here are a few tips. We recommend portions go into the freezer wrapped in foil and put into a freezer bag. When your ready to eat the rest; let it defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes or so, drop in the toaster or pop it in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes (sprinkle with water before you place in hot oven for crunchy crusts) or eat defrosted at room temperature.

Bottom line: As you get familiar with our breads you will decide what is best for you.
